Forrest Young

Director Emeritus

Forrest Young founded Dynasty Marine in 1984. Even though he is officially retired, he continues to share his experience with future generations.

Ben Daughtry

President

Ben is a representative for Marine Life Commercial Fishery on the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council. He is also the VP of the Florida Marine Life Association

Bucky Wile

VP of Dive Operations

Bucky manages the dive crew and organizes collections every week. He started at Dynasty in September 2001 as a box boy before joining the dive crew in 2005 as a junior diver.

Frank Young

VP of Sales

Frank was born and raised in the Keys and the ocean has always been a huge part of his life. His father, Forrest, introduced him to seamanship, diving, and fishing at an early age.

Lab Manager

Dynasty Marine’s lab manager maintains best practices in animal husbandry that result in the consistent output of high quality stocks.

Sandy Vogel

Administrative Assistant

Dynasty welcomed Sandy on board in March 2014. As Administrative Assistant, she lends her expertise to specialized projects for the company.

Pam Jackson

Office Manager

Pam joined the Dynasty team in 2016. As Office Manager, she handles the accounting and day to day operations of the front office. She is in charge of accounts payable/receivable and overseas daily office operations.

Kyle Nichter

Diver

Kyle is originally from Indiana, where he studied mechanical engineering. His previous work was with hot rods and muscle cars. He joined Dynasty in December 2015 as a fish collector/diver and helps with special projects around Dynasty.

Evan Ebaugh

Transport Specialist

Evan joined the team in June 2021 as our Transport Specialist. His daily tasks vary from performing general tasks around Dynasty to transporting fish all over the country.

Mike Walsh

Diver

Originally from Massachusetts, Mike attended the University of New Hampshire where he received a BS degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology. He has loved fishing since he was a toddler and hopes to one day have his 100-ton license. He is passionate about conservation and all wildlife.

Monica Cruz

Aquarist I

Monica earned a marine biology and ecology degree as well as a degree in psychology in Pennsylvania. After completing an internship at Pennsylvania Aquarium, Monica accepted an Aquarist position at Dynasty Marine. As an aquarist, she helps to maintain life support systems and performs husbandry duties for our marine life. In her free time, Monica enjoys diving and being outdoors.

Jordan Penn

Aquarist II

Jordan joined the Husbandry team in November 2021. She earned her B.S. in biology with a minor in marine biology in Pennsylvania. In her new role at Dynasty Marine, Jordan helps to maintain life support systems and performs husbandry duties.

Caleb Avery

Diver

Caleb began working for Dynasty Marine, as a diver, in May 2022. He is originally from Arizona. He attended dive school and is also trained as a welder. Before joining Dynasty, he did scientific collection diving. He is grateful to be a part of Dynasty’s amazing team.

Morgan McAvoy

Aquarist I

Morgan became a member of the Dynasty Marine Husbandry team as an Aquarist, in May 2022. She helps to maintain life support systems and performs husbandry duties for our marine life. Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences with a minor in Biology from the University of Kentucky.

Jared Cross

Aquarist I

Jared joined Dynasty Marine, as an Aquarist, in April 2022. He is originally from Fort Collins, CO, where he earned his degree in Wildlife Biology. Jared provides husbandry care for our sharks, rays and other marine life. In his spare time, he enjoys video games, hiking, fishing and when he is back home, he likes snowboarding.

Lynn Crume

Customer Service

Lynn joined Dynasty Marine in December 2021. As part of the customer service team, she works with customers to help finalize their orders. Lynn ensures the electronic delivery of our weekly stock lists and can help to answer questions about specific species. Having lived in central Florida for several years, Lynn now calls the Florida Keys her year round home. When not at work, Lynn and her husband, enjoy fishing and boating and visits from their grandchildren.

Gonzalo Buse

Diver

Gonzalo became a member of the Dynasty team as a diver in October 2022. He graduated from the University of CO in Boulder, CO with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. He is originally from Lima, Peru. When not diving, Gonzalo enjoys spending time playing tennis and golf and watching movies.
